写邮件的目的是需要使用各国在注册系统中提交的照片和视频，因为可能涉及隐私问题，所以问一下各国mentors是否授权我们使用。同时让各国代表队注意留存平时活动中的过程记录，照片和文字反馈等。

Dear mentors,
I’d like to inform you that the videos which you have uploaded onto the registration website will be used on the opening ceremony for the introductions of every delegations. And the profiles of students may appear on the publications in Catalyzer.
In addition, we sincerely invite you to record photos and videos on your side during all the activities of IChO2022, as well as the feedback of you and your students, which may be collected by us later and used for propaganda. We promise that these information will only be used in IChO2022 related activities. However, If it’s sensitive and unacceptable for you. Please let us know.

As you know the IChO2022 is approaching very soon, and it will be hosted remotely again. In order to enhance the interaction among all participants across the world, we have one specific request:
As part of the tradition, we shall introduce all the participants during IChO2022, thus we are writing this email to inform you the materials from the registration database provided by you of the participants (names and photos) might be used for the purpose of the IChO2022 official publicity distribution, such as for the Catalyzer magazine pages and, the team/winner introduction video at the Opening/Closing ceremony. Additionally, we sincerely hope during the event, you are encouraged to share and document your feedbacks, suggestions about our work, we really appreciate your help and support for helping us to complete this event.
